• Are Diagnostics Free?  We do charge a call out fee that includes initial diagnostics, that fee starts at $60.00.  If further diagnostics are required we will discuss it with you at that time.

• Do We Travel Outside Of The Maricopa?  Yes, we may travel outside of the area with an additional call out fee.

• Do You Provide Written Estimates?  Yes, we do provide written estimates before any job and we require them to be signed before repairs begin. 

 

• Are Parts and Services Under Warranty?  Yes, we provide a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty on our work and the parts we provide.

• Am I Able To Provide My Own Parts?  Yes, we do put in customer provided parts, but we will not warranty those parts.

• Will You Call Me If Any Unexpected Repairs Or Other Discoveries During My Service?  Yes, we believe on keeping our customers informed throughout the repair process.  We will get written or verbal confirmation of any additional services needed.

      We will also inform you if your repairs are actually less than expected too!

• Will I Get A Detailed Invoice Of Repairs Completed?  Yes, we will provide you a detailed invoice for your records and are happy to explain in detail those repairs if desired.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            We also provide you with your old parts that do not have a core charge.

• Do you work on Diesels? At this time we don't offer any diesel specific repairs. We can still do repairs to diesel vehicles that aren't specific to diesels, like brakes and oil changes.
